Loquet London Complimentary Charm March 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully
1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to this Loquet London Complimentary Charm March 2024 promotion ("Promotion"). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of participation in the Promotion that all Terms are accepted as final.
2. This Promotion is organised by Loquet London Limited and we are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08305787. Our registered office is at 64 New Cavendish Street, London, W1G 8TB. Our trading address is Loquet London Ltd, 73 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9PJ. Our VAT number is 158090502. We are a limited company.
3. If you are participating in this Promotion through the Loquet London website (https://www.loquetlondon.com)("Loquet London Website"), these Terms are additional to the Loquet London Website terms and conditions (https://www.loquetlondon.com/terms-and-conditions).
4. If you are participating in this Promotion through a Loquet London store, these Terms are additional to the sale terms and conditions at that store.
5. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any of the terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Loquet London shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
7. Your attention is drawn in particular to the limitations of liability contained in these Terms.
Qualifying to receive a complimentary Loquet London Lucky Scarab Charm (2229393).
8. This Promotion runs during the period from Wednesday 13th March to 2nd April 2024 10:00AM, on the Loquet London website. This Promotion runs during the same period in Loquet London concept store. This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through:
• The Loquet London website; and
• Loquet London concept store.
9. Qualifying Purchases (see Term 12) may be made on the Loquet London Website between 10:00:00 (UK time) on 13th March and 23:59:59 (UK time) on 2nd April 2024 10:00:0. Qualifying Purchases may be made at our store (see Term 8 above) during the stated trading hours during the Promotional Period.
10. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 16 years of age ("Eligible Participants").
11. Subject always to these Terms, Eligible Participants who buy a full price locket at our concept store during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase") will be eligible for one complimentary Loquet London Lucky Scarab Charm (2229393, RRP £260) ("Gift") subject to availability and while stocks last.
12. The Qualifying Purchase may consist of one or more full price Loquet London locket jewellery products. It is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in-store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.
13. Loquet London reserves the right to change the specification of the Gift, and/or the Loquet London charm Gift, from the one advertised.
14. There is no cash alternative to the Gift. The Gift is not exchangeable for cash or (subject to Term 19) for any other Loquet London product or gift.
15. Subject to availability and whilst stocks last:
• (a) Eligible Participants making a Qualifying Purchase on the Loquet London Website will automatically have the Gift added to their bag.
• (b) Eligible Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase at our Concept Store will be provided with a Gift when completing the transaction.
16. Eligible Participants who choose the Click & Collect method will have the opportunity to collect the Gift from the Concept Store at the same time as they collect their Qualifying Purchase.
17. If you believe you made a Qualifying Purchase but you did not receive a Gift, please contact Loquet London using the details in these Terms.
Returns and exchanges
18. Subject to Terms 22 and 23 below, the Gift may not be exchanged or returned on its own unless it is faulty or not as described, in which case it will be exchanged for a replacement Gift, subject to availability. If no Gifts remain in stock, then Loquet London reserves the right in its sole discretion to exchange the Gift for a Loquet London product or a Loquet London gift card of a similar value.
19. Subject to Terms 22 and 23 below, if any paid product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is returned for a refund, the purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Gift must be returned in an undamaged state.
20. Subject to Terms 22 and 23 below, if any paid product forming part of the Qualifying Purchase is exchanged for any other product which does not meet the Qualifying Purchase criteria above, the purchase will cease to be a Qualifying Purchase and the Gift must be returned in an undamaged state.
21. If a Gift is not returned, or the exchanged product does not count towards the Qualifying Purchase, Loquet London reserves the right to charge the RRP at which the Gift is available for purchase from the Loquet London Website. Loquet London will do this by deducting the relevant amount from any refund due.

23. Returns of the Gift on its own (regardless of condition) will not result in a refund or payment to you of any sort.
24. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs for products which are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described, are unaffected by these Terms.
Other important terms
25. This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Loquet London may end the Promotion early (or suspend the availability of the Promotion) without notice if, in the opinion of Loquet London, there is not sufficient stock to continue operating the Promotion.
26. This Promotion only applies to our Concept Store whilst stock is available at that Store. Loquet London may, without notice, end the Promotion early if all available Gifts at that Store have been claimed prior to the end of the Promotional Period.
27. If, in the opinion of Loquet London, there is not sufficient stock of the Gift, Loquet London reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any one or more Gifts for an alternative Loquet London product of similar value.
28. If there are unclaimed Gifts when this Promotion closes, those Gifts will remain the property of Loquet London and the company may dispose of them as it sees fit, this may include offering the Gifts for sale in the normal way.
29. Loquet London reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the Terms without notice in the event there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Loquet London’s reasonable control.
30. Loquet London reserve the right to not award a Gift, disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is not eligible for any reason or for any other lawful reason, including unruly behaviour or failure to comply with these Terms.
31. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Loquet London reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
32. Loquet London will not act in a discriminatory way in running this Promotion. However, any failure on any occasion by Loquet London to enforce a Term is not a waiver of that Term.
Liability and Governing Law
33. Subject to Term 34, Loquet London accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person as a result of their participation in this Promotion, their attempted participation or their acceptance of any product.
34. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Loquet London’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which may not be lawfully limited or excluded under English law. Further, nothing in these Terms shall affect any participant's legal rights including in relation to any Loquet London products.
35. Subject to Term 34, by participating or attempting to participate in this Promotion, participants agree that Loquet London shall not bear any liability for:
• (a) the loss, theft or misuse of any product; or
• (b) any damage in any way attributable to this Promotion or the attempted participation in this Promotion.
