CAN I BOOK A VIRTUAL IN STORE APPOINTMENT

If you can’t come to us, we’ll come to you (virtually!). To book a complimentary video call with exclusive access to in store styles and styling advice curated just for you please call, text or WhatsApp us here. Alternatively you can email one of our team at Customer Care.

DO YOU HAVE A STYLING SERVICE?

Yes, we would love to help you style your locket or create the perfect gift. Our stylists are available for you to get helpful styling suggestions and tips to build your locket. We offer this as a complimentary service, all you need to do it to contact our Customer Care team.

ARE COUPON CODES WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER?

No, coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, unless stated.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes. You can contact our customer care on this email customercare@loquetlondon.com and we will create one for you.

DOES YOUR LOCKETS OPEN?

Yes. You can add or change the charms in your locket for different occasions.

HOW MANY CHARMS FIT INSIDE YOUR LOCKETS?

We suggest five charms for the medium sized lockets and ten for the larger lockets. You can always swap your charms around and keep them in the Loquet box or in our heidi bishop x Loquet porcelain pots.

DO YOU MAKE CHARMS TO ORDER?

Yes. Please use the bespoke order form to contact us about made-to-order charms here.We will work with you to create your desired charm. Typical lead time is six to eight weeks.

MY BIRTHSTONE HAS A CLOUD OR MARK IN IT, IS THIS NORMAL?

All our stones have been purposefully chosen for their organic shapes, these include slices and rough cuts. They are not perfectly rounded. Our stones have also been chosen for their natural depth of colour, which means that they may sometimes have a cloud in them. This is due to how the stones are formed under the earth.

MY BIRTHSTONE IS NOT A ROUNDED SHAPE. IS THIS NORMAL?

DO YOU DO SILVER OR PLATINUM?

If you would like to order any item in a metal other than gold, please order through the bespoke service here.

WHAT IS YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY?

You can use LoquetLondon.com without giving out any personal information. However, when you create an account on LoquetLondon.com, we will collect the necessary information relative to the invoicing and shipping of your order. Loquet London will only share your personal information when it is legally necessary for the processing of your order: bank, courier partner etc.
