Each Loquet London order is prepared with our own special Loquet London branded box and tissue paper. With an exchange and return service, Loquet London is the ideal website for purchasing goods for yourself or gifts.
You can return all standard products ordered on Loquet London within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. Bespoke orders and sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How can I return or exchange a product ordered on LoquetLondon.com?
You can return/exchange any standard item purchased from LoquetLondon.com within 7 (seven) days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense.
Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Loquet London will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. Please note Loquet London do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you.

The goods must then be returned within 7 (seven) working days from receiving.
Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.

Where does Loquet London deliver?
LoquetLondon.com delivers all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the EU.

Do you have a gift service?
LoquetLondon.com is the perfect place to buy someone a present. It is very easy to do, just enter the person's address as the delivery address. If you wish you can add a personalised message which will be attached to the package. Of course, the package will be carefully wrapped with our usual high standards.
Can I return bespoke items?
Loquet London does not accept returns for any item that is made to order including but not limited to bespoke charms, lockets and order chain. In addition this includes styles to which engraving, or bespoke messages are added. Loquet is not responsible for any personal items that are added to our lockets after point of sale.
