WHAT ARE YOUR LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS?

You can order by the below dates to receive the perfect present in time for Christmas!
UK last order date: 22nd December 4pm (UK time)
London last order date: 23rd December until 1pm (UK time)
Our store: 73 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9PJ will be open on the 24th December until 6pm (UK time)
Europe last order date: 19th December
US last order date: 19th December

WHERE DOES LOQUET LONDON DELIVER TO?

We offer complimentary, tracked and signed for, DHL Express all over the world with few exceptions. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid). This means the recipient will not be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY?

Most orders in the UK are next day delivery and from 2 to 5 days for the rest of the world.
The UK DHL next day service delivers Monday to Friday only. Charms and lockets ordered before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday and items ordered after 3pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, for next-day delivery on Tuesday.
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date and for in stock products only.

DO SOME PRODUCTS HAVE ADDITIONAL LEAD TIMES?

Loquet bespoke orders take 4 - 6 weeks once the design has been approved by the customer. Pre-order items may have additional lead time.For exact delivery dates on bespoke & pre-ordered items please contact customercare@loquetlondon.com

HOW IS MY ORDER BEING PACKAGED?

Loquet London is the perfect place to buy someone a present. Orders placed on our website are beautifully hand wrapped in our signature gift wrapping in our London Studio. Our signature packaging includes a branded box and tissue paper.

DO I HAVE TO PAY LOCAL TAXES?

No. The total amount you will pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Please arrange to collect your order only once you have received your collection email.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER FROM THE STORE?

To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email.
