DO YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY?
We have extended our return policy for the holiday season. Any order placed from the 1st November can be returned up until 10th of January 2023.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
You can return or exchange our standard products in our London store or send back any item that are not meeting your expectations.
We will endeavour to do all we can to help make the process as easy as possible for you.
All you need to do is contact us via email email@example.com, within 30 days after your delivery date, to obtain instructions on how to send us your order back. The item must be in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice (received by email at the time of the purchase).
We will not accept your return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
UK returns are free of charge.
Once the goods have been received you will be sent a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.
ARE EARRINGS RETURNABLE?
Earrings are returnable. All you need to do is contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days after your delivery date, to obtain instructions on how to send us your order back. Please refer to the question “Can I return or exchange my online order?” for all the information on how to return your earrings.
CAN I RETURN BESPOKE ITEMS?
Loquet London does not accept returns for any item that is made to order, including but not limited to bespoke charms, lockets and chain.
In addition, this includes styles to which engraving, or bespoke messages are added.Loquet is not responsible for any personal items that are added to our lockets after point of sale.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM GIFTED TO ME?
Yes, you can. Please note that the refunded amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
You can also exchange your item in store or online.
