We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Where does Loquet London deliver to?

We offer complimentary tracked and signed DHL Express shipping worldwide. Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable customs duties and taxes are included at checkout, with no additional charges upon delivery.

US Tariffs/Duties and Taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the final price. Loquet London covers all tariffs/duties. Sale tax is calculated and listed at checkout, with no additional charges upon delivery.

What is your lead time for delivery?

UK: Orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day.*

US & Rest of the world: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).*

*Applies to in-stock items only.

Do some products have additional lead times?

Bespoke orders take approximately 4–6 weeks once the design has been approved. Pre-order items may also have extended lead times. For exact delivery estimates, please contact customercare@loquetlondon.com.

How is my order packaged?

Every Loquet London order is beautifully hand wrapped in our London studio using our signature gift packaging, including a branded box and tissue paper.

All charms are packaged together in a single box. If you would like your charms packed individually, please contact our Customer Care team before your order is dispatched.

We can also include a personalised gift message. Please contact our Customer Care team before placing your order.
