Your Warranty Coverage
Your Loquet jewellery is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. If your Loquet jewellery is returned during the warranty period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at our sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
Your Loquet Warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or accident
- Damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing to the crystal, chain or components), alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than Loquet
- Damage caused by the use of non-Loquet charms or chains
- Lockets where original hallmarks or identification have been removed, changed, altered, replaced, erased or defaced
- Routine maintenance and cleaning, as well as normal wear and tear and ageing of the locket
- Any defects resulting from contact with water or perfume.
Our Care Services - We understand that jewellery lives alongside you, and when life happens, we're here to help your pieces look as beautiful as the day you first held them.
For our 14k and 18k gold pieces, we offer repair services including replacement crystals and gentle polishing within five years of purchase. These care services are subject to service charges. Please contact our customer service team customercare@loquetlondon.com for pricing and availability.
After the warranty period expires, all services and repairs will be subject to service charges.
Please note that all repairs are handcrafted, which means this process may take up to 8 weeks.
